Unveiling Elegance with Au+c Fine Jewelry | London Accessory Week

How and when did you start your fashion accessory brand?

In 2018, with only 5 rough design ideas I founded au+c. I wanted to create something that is minimal, and timeless but also versatile. I wanted to encourage more people to try and discover more ways of wearing jewelry. There are absolutely no boundaries and no rules of who should or shouldn't wear any style. Jewelry is meant to be enjoyed by anyone and everyone.

What are your sources of inspiration?

Travelling has been my main source to find new inspiration. Different cultures and lifestyles often remind me how important to have that uniqueness in my design. I am always looking for that "unexpected" element in my jewelry. I believe individuality is the key to differentiating one from a crowd.

How would you describe your design/product concept?

My design concept is minimal, timeless, versatile and gender-neutral. I encourage my clients to discover new unique ways of wearing au+c - whether it is on its own or stacked, front way or back way, there is no limit of how you should wear your jewelry.

What's the proudest moment? What makes you a happy business owner?

The proudest moment for me is when my clients receive their custom-designed pieces in their hands - when everything started from only an idea. I feel so grateful to be able to create something meaningful exclusively for my clients.

What are your tips for customers who are interested in using your products or services?

I encourage my clients to wear and enjoy au+c on a daily basis. Jewelry are meant to be worn, not to be stored and saved for that special occasion. Also because of the versatility of the design, I encourage customers to discover and rock their own ways of wearing au+c.

How do you feel about participating in London Fashion Home Beauty Christmas Market 2022?

I'm very much excited about participating in this up and coming London Fashion Home Beauty Christmas Market. Our current clients are mainly based in Canada and the US, I think this would be the perfect time to introduce au+c into the UK market. As I've spent a few years there back then, I always remembered the fashion scene was so fantastic, I believe the designs that au+c offers would be a great fit.

What are your future plans? Tell us about it!

au+c fine jewelry will be presented and showcased at Flying Solo - an independent designer boutique in Soho, New York from November 2022 to January 2023. And hopefully will be involved in the future New York Fashion Weeks and Paris Fashion Weeks (fingers crossed).
