What are your sources of inspiration?
Wood and Feather Designs was Established in 2019. It was created to be an artistic outlet. We are passionate about design and have a desire to create beautiful pieces that tell a story, and can be seen as pieces of art. Nature and colour are the essential inspirations behind W + F Designs. Most of our collections begin with discovering something that inspires and excites us, and everything else falls into place thereafter. We believe in quality craftsmanship and beautiful design, as well as being sustainable where we can. We also believe in giving back. A portion of our profits goes to supporting Women’s and Children’s causes that help to advance their lives and provide opportunities for them.
Why do you do what you do? What do you like about your job?
We love to do what we do because it allows us to have the freedom to choose what we create each and every day.
Who is the target audience for our products?
Our target audience is anyone who loves charming, whimsical, and beautiful things.
What's the proudest moment in your accessory brand owner career?
Our proudest artistic moment thus far, was when we were asked to create a line of jewellery for a museum to go along with an artist’s exhibition.
What's your prediction on trends for accessories? What style or colour would you recommend for 2022 autumn/winter?
Our prediction for 2023 is mixed metals, pearly whites, colour, and big and bold earrings.
How do you feel about showcasing your design at London Accessory Week?
We are grateful for the opportunity and so thrilled to be showcasing our work at London Accessory Week. We are excited about the opportunities that this may bring, and delighted that more people will have the chance to see our creations.
